This Week in My World: Where the Black Guy Doesn't Matter.

Aight, so I have been searching the internets for tunes-i can listen to. Since last month, i've been avoiding Eminems "Relapse" album.

Here is my thing with Eminem. I think he is a very nice lyricist. "Renegade" has cemented him as a GREAT in MY eyes. He's also had some other tracks that i've heard that he goes HARD on. The thing is that his singles are TOO FUNKIN WACKY! The single "We Made You" is prime example. He's always done that crap. He puts out wierdo ass songs that never really showcase his ability. I would like him more if he had a healthy middle to his content. Eminem is night and day. One song will be super murderous/cereal killer on steroids rap and then the next song will be so stupid that you consider taking him as serious as someone who works at the carnival aka Not Very.

Despite all that, and me wanting to give J. Coles mixtape a rest before I wear it out, I've have decided to download "Relapse" and give it a try. Im not reccomending it or anything cause im listening to it as I type (He jus said somethin about his mom. THATS new! *sarcasm face*).

That brings me to another issue. There is a song on his album called "Bagpipes from Baghdad" in which he creepily tries to break up Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey and steal her from him. Apparently they used to go out or somethin and it didn't go far. Here is a qoute from Nick Cannon courtasy of Hiphop.popcrunch.com:

On THAT note, I'd like to ask you a question..........Who gives a flying SHIT about Nick Cannon? Remember the last time Nick Cannon mattered? Exactly! Im not a big Eminem fan so im NOT being a "STAN". No pun intended. There are only two people that matter in this story and the black guy isn't one of them. (Isn't Mariah black a lil? Not enough to count).

Mariah DOES have a new album comming out on August 25th called "Memoirs of an Angel" and her first single leaked today which is called "OBSESSED". Nothing to do with the movie. Im hearing that its a response to Em's creepy lil tune. Im bout to listen to it and see whats up wit it. I mean, how could you NOT download somethin wit this picture attached to it.
